     The Bernardo Hernández (BEHER, S.A.) ham is a product made according to traditional methods and it is ideal for a healthy and balanced diet due to it´s great nourishing values.

BEHER S.A. is a family company based in GUIJUELO and is dedicated to the traditional production of the most exquisite Iberian hams and cured meats.

The quality of our products is possible thanks to the excellent geographic location of Guijuelo, the company’s high standard production plants and an experience and knowledge of more than 75 years.

These products are elaborated from pigs with pure Iberian breed coming from the Iberian Peninsula and which are unique in the world.

After a careful selection of the pure Iberian pigs we grow them up in country places that have the title of “Special Health Protection” complying with the maximum standards of hygiene and health.

Currently and still true to the family tradition we process our hams and sausages in very modern plants which are approved by the EEC.

When you try one of our products with the BEHER quality stamp we can assure you that you will taste the excellence of the Iberian Acorn Products.

Iberian Acorn Ham

(GOLDEN LABEL)
Our IBERIAN PIG HAM (GOLDEN LABEL) comes from the pigs which have been fed acorns.  All the pieces are numbered an controlled with the denomination of origin “GUIJUELO HAM”

IDEAL FOR GIFTS  

If you wish the hams can be bought boneless and vacuum-packed  The consumption of these products REDUCES CHOLESTEROL levels due to its unsaturated fats.  

Apart from our Iberian Acorn Ham Golden Label, we have two other qualities of Iberian ham depending on the quality of the acorn and the amount of pasture time: Iberian Ham Red Label.  Cured during 18-24 months.  Weights 6 to 8 KGs.  Iberian Acorn Ham Black Label . Cured during 20-28 months.  Weights 6  to 8 KGs.
