he Bernardo Hernández (BEHER, S.A.) ham is a product made according to traditional methods and it is ideal for a healthy and balanced diet due to it´s great nourishing values.|
These
products are elaborated from pigs with pure Iberian breed coming from the
Iberian Peninsula and which are unique in the world. After
a careful selection of the pure Iberian pigs we grow them up in country places
that have the title of “Special Health Protection” complying with the
maximum standards of hygiene and health. Currently
and still true to the family tradition we process our hams and sausages in
very modern plants which are approved by the EEC. When
